We sold our home with Thadd in January 2015.  We met with him in September to sort out details of when to list, what basic repairs were needed, how to stage, what to declutter and what to do with all of our stuff while we were listing.  I was not at all keen on using a storage centre and Thadd walked us through the logistics of what to store and why to store.  In the end, I was convinced.  We spent 4 short weeks doing everything on the list and we sold our house in 3 days.  We had over 30 showings, over 10 offers and just like that - we were done!  I think what impressed me most was how Thadd maintained a calm demeanour and a very professional attitude.  I had two small children at the time and he was respectful of when they needed to be home and in bed and when we needed to push it a little to make it easier for the buyers.  I would recommend Thadd in a heartbeat!  Thank you Thadd!
